From there, you will be taken to our booking app where you will be able to see our schedule and book your session.
Sessions are £30 for one hour in the sauna, which you can book for just yourself or for you and up to 3 friends
What Do I Need To Wear?

This is a swimwear-on environment. All guests must wear swimwear, or loose clothing if you prefer, at all times.

Two towels: One to sit on inside the sauna (to protect you from the hot wood) and one for drying off after your shower or cold plunge.

A water bottle: Please ensure it is not made of glass.

Warm clothing: Bring something comfortable and warm to wear after your sauna session.

Footwear: Flip-flops, sliders, or sandals are recommended for moving between the sauna and bathing areas

A robe: Perfect for wearing before and after your sauna session.

Swimwear on arrival: Arriving with your swimwear already on under your clothes saves time and makes things easier.

A plastic bag: Useful for carrying your wet towel and swimwear after your session.

Shower essentials: Bring anything you like to use when washing after your session, such as soap, shampoo, or conditioner.
